Mr. Nader Hasan
Nader Hasan is a native of the Northern Virginia area. He was born in Washington, D.C., and attended Arlington and Fairfax County Public Schools. He earned his Bachelor’s of Business Administration from James Madison University (1991), his Master’s degree in International Business Transactions from George Mason University (1995), and his Juris Doctor from the University of Illinois, College of Law (1999). Mr. Hasan also received his Graduate Teaching Certification from the University of Illinois, and attended Oxford University, St. Peters College, for a summer graduate studies program focusing on International Business, Trade and Law.
Mr. Hasan is a well-established trial attorney and has personally handled over 100 trials, both jury and non-jury. Specializing in litigation and dispute resolution, Mr. Hasan ‘s strength lies in his ability to negotiate favorable results for his clients in a reasonable amount of time for a reasonable fee.
Mr. Hasan’s courtroom experience was established with his criminal and family law cases. He has
argued before the Virginia Supreme Court as well as the Court of Appeals for Virginia. He also has trial experience in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia, and the Circuit, General
District and Juvenile & Domestic Relations Courts for the following jurisdictions: City of Alexandria, Arlington County, City of Fredricksburg, Culpeper County, Fairfax County, Fauqier County, Loudoun County, Prince William County, Spotsylvania County and Stafford County.
Mr. Hasan also served as a Guardian ad litem for ten years in Arlington and Fairfax Counties.
