Mr. Nader Hasan
Nader Hasan is an experienced trial attorney representing individuals and businesses for a variety of legal matters. Mr. Hasan gained extensive courtroom experience over the past 15 years, earning him a reputation as a relentless advocate and achieving excellent results. He has argued before the Virginia Supreme Court, the Court of Appeals for Virginia, and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia.
Since graduating from law school in 1999, Mr. Hasan provides business solutions to businesses of all types. Mr. Hasan easily gains the trust of his business clientele with his keen understanding of businesses, ability to identify the problem, provide solutions quickly and at a reasonable rate. His understanding of business development, from small start-ups to well-established businesses, enables Mr. Hasan to provide his clients guidance and expertise in many areas including business formation, business management, acquisition, sale, contract disputes and commercial leases. Mr. Hasan prides himself with being a businessman with a law degree, rather than a lawyer with a business.
Mr. Hasan is also focused on giving back to the community in several ways. He coaches the Fairfax High School golf team, previously coached the wrestling team, and works with students from local high schools who are interested in entrepreneurship. He has taught Hospitality Law at Northern Virginia Community College for the last eleven years. He participates in the Arlington Youth Leadership Program each summer and has also participated in the Yorktown High School Senior Mentoring Program. Mr. Hasan also served as a Guardian ad litem in Arlington and Fairfax Counties.
Mr. Hasan regularly appears in the Circuit, General District and Juvenile & Domestic Relations Courts for the following jurisdictions: City of Alexandria, Arlington County, Fairfax County, Loudoun County, and Prince William County.
